This is a Mystery School mini-workshop unlike any other. This is the core training of energy medicine. This one-on-one session fosters complete self-empowerment. In this session, you’ll learn about each of your chakras, how to clear and balance each chakra, and shield yourself to strengthen your auric field. Learn how to interpret and balance your own energy.
There are 7 main energy centers in the body that spin like a vortex. They are constantly spinning in a circular motion and they are energetic gateways to allow and gather information. The energy flows in and through and out of the chakras. Learning to "read" your own energy allows you to be in control of your power and create miracles and magic as. you walk the planet.
Chakra Meaning and Shields
First Chakra – root chakra
- Location – base of the spine
- Subject matter -this chakra is related to our survival, how we live on the planet on the planet, or our relationship with our physical bodies as well as the material world.
- Color – red
- Shield - My physical body is always safe
Second Chakra – sacral chakra
- Location – between the pubic bone and navel
- Subject matter - this chakra is related to creation energy, sexual energy, immune system, and relationships.
- Color – orange
- Shield - My emotional body is always safe
Third Chakra– power chakra
- Location - solar plexus
- Subject matter - this chakra deals with personal power, dream time, and the distribution of energy throughout the body.
- Color – yellow
- Shield - I own my power in a balanced way
Fourth Chakra– heart chakra
- Location - center of chest
- Subject matter - this chakra deals with love for yourself, love for your God, and love for others… it is also where we hold our Divine Identity.
- Color – green
- Shield - I am god, I am the power of God, I am the perfect expression of God or I am Source Energy
Fifth Chakra – throat chakra
- Location – throat
- Subject matter - this chakra deals with communication, will, and speaking one's truth...
- Color – blue
- Shield - I speak my truth with integrity
Sixth Chakra – brow chakra
- Location – third eye
- Subject matter - this chakra deals with our gift of seeing, psychic gifts, perspective of how you see
- Color – indigo
- Shield- I own my spiritual gifts and have clear sight
Seventh Chakra – crown chakra
- Location – top of the head
- Subject matter - this chakra deals with or knowingness, connection to Spirit…it also deals with old religious and societal programming.
- Color – Violet
- Shield - I own my own information
