Digestive Wellness Kit

This kit contains a 1oz unscented cream and 5mls of the following oils:

Ginger (Zingiber officinale) Ginger essential oil is extremely  supportive of the digestive system.  It is one of the best remedies for indigestion, stomach ache, colic, spasms, diarrhea, flatulence and other stomach and bowel related problems.  Ginger really does bring balance to the digestive system.  It is extremely warming  helpful to the digestive system when the digestive system is sluggish.  The Greek physician, Dioscorides recommended ginger as a digestive stimulant. Our friend, Gabriel Mojay says that Ginger  essential oil is essentially warming, invigorating & decongesting.

Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) Cardamom essential oil is well known for its tonic and digestive action.  Cardamom is reputed to be one of the oldest spices known, used for thousands of years in Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine.  It has been recommended for digestive issues such as colic, cramps, flatulence and nausea.  Cardamom essential oil is steam distilled from the cardamom seed.  The aroma is sweet, warm, slightly woody and rich.  Breathing it in can help settle the belly.

Orange (Citrus sinensis)  Orange essential oil is fantastic for digestion.  Most people think of orange essential oil for depression or anxiety, and it is.  But it is also fantastic for digestive disorders. Orange essential oil can help relieve constipation, gas, abdominal spasms, nausea and vomiting. It appears to have a balancing effect on the peristaltic action of the intestines. It is also know to be a hepatic stimulant.  This is very supporting the liver to produce bile, thus supporting digestion as well.
