Chakra Clearing
This “tune-up” promotes a sense of clarity, well being, lightness as well as groundedness. The balancing entails clearing the auric field around the body, removing old or stuck energy, clearing and balancing all seven chakras and infusing the aura with new energy. Once the chakras are cleared the energy can flow freely.
When the chakras get "clogged" corded or stuck, our energy can not flow freely and an imbalance occurs either physically, emotionally, mentally. Once the blockages are cleared, the energy can flow freely again and balance can be restored.
Chakra Meaning and Shields
First Chakra – root chakra
- Location – base of the spine
- Subject matter -this chakra is related to our survival, how we live on the planet on the planet, or our relationship with our physical bodies as well as the material world.
- Color – red
- Shield - My physical body is always safe
Second Chakra – sacral chakra
- Location – between the pubic bone and navel
- Subject matter - this chakra is related to creation energy, sexual energy, immune system, and relationships.
- Color – orange
- Shield - My emotional body is always safe
Third Chakra– power chakra
- Location - solar plexus
- Subject matter - this chakra deals with personal power, dream time, and the distribution of energy throughout the body.
- Color – yellow
- Shield - I own my power in a balanced way
Fourth Chakra– heart chakra
- Location - center of chest
- Subject matter - this chakra deals with love for yourself, love for your God, and love for others… it is also where we hold our Divine Identity.
- Color – green
- Shield - I am god, I am the power of God, I am the perfect expression of God or I am Source Energy
Fifth Chakra – throat chakra
- Location – throat
- Subject matter - this chakra deals with communication, will, and speaking one's truth...
- Color – blue
- Shield - I speak my truth with integrity
Sixth Chakra – brow chakra
- Location – third eye
- Subject matter - this chakra deals with our gift of seeing, psychic gifts, perspective of how you see
- Color – indigo
- Shield- I own my spiritual gifts and have clear sight
Seventh Chakra – crown chakra
- Location – top of the head
- Subject matter - this chakra deals with or knowingness, connection to Spirit…it also deals with old religious and societal programming.
