Traditional Use of Cocoa Co2 Extract Select
This is a food-grade extraction of Theobroma cacao which means that it is cold pressed from cocoa beans
Please note the following:
- It is semi solid at room temerature so you will have to warm and liquify it to use it. You can not scoop this like ice-cream or whipped shea butter but you can cut it with a knife
- This is a food grade product and we are selling for use for its aromatic beauty
- The aroma is heavenly!!! It is dark, rich luscious chocolate!
