Essential Waters

We are so happy to offer you a range of magnificent concentrated aromatic waters, known as Essential Waters. These "waters" are approximately 4 to 5 times more concentrated than our hydrosols (hydrolats). 

The main difference between an essential water and hydrosol is that Essential Waters contain the hydrophillic and lipophyllic components.  Essential Waters are distilled using a proprietary process, which emulsifies the essential oil & the hydrosol. The essential oil remains in the essential water without adding any foreign substance that would affect the plant’s vibration and uniqueness.  Hydrosols contain the hydrophillic component, but the essential oil is separated from the distillate.

 

Essential Waters bear the complete essence of the plant.

In the essential water, the whole Ether (Spirit) of an aromatic plant expressed by its aroma, nature and personality is grasped.  To this effect, steam distillation is the conjunction of four elements (water, earth, fire and air) to vitalize energy and get the fifth, Ether, to emerge.

 

Essential Waters are great to add to water & other beverages.  Add 1-2 teaspoons to 8oz of water.
