This Hydrosol formulation provides protection, grounding and balance to the emotional and spiritual bodies. The aroma is fresh, clean and uplifting, It also is very effective in assisting with anxiety and the winter blues. Therapeutically it is wonderful for aches and pains and a great respiratory aid during cold and FLU season for congestion and bodily aches and pains.
It can be sprayed as a room freshener, energetic cleanser in place of burning sage or resin, misted on your pillow, used in a diffuser and even misted on your fur baby (that is if they like the aroma).
