FrankincenseBoswellia carterii  pH 4.7-4.9  Energetically expansive. Use with ritual work, meditation & energy healing. Therapeutically, it assists in drying up excessive mucous in the lungs, and helps to expel phlegm.  Frankincense can be used internally as a diuretic. It is also fantastic for the skin, and helps to bring a finer texture to the skin when it is used as a facial toner.
 
Pinon Pine/Utah JuniperJuniperus oestosperma Utah Juniper is antiseptic, antibacterial, anti-fungal and acts as a decongestant. It is an effective immune system stimulant, and it enhances feelings of levity and elevation. Stimulating and balancing to the CNS and hypothalmus gland.

SweetgrassHierochloe odorata Sweetgrass hydrosol can be used to clear energy  in one’s energy field & living space. It is energetically balancing and protective.

White sageSalvia apiana pH 3.6 Not recommended for internal use. Traditionally used in Native American rituals for smudging & healing.
