Safety: Suzanne Catty advises to "Avoid in cases of hypertension, and during the first trimester of pregnancy. Sage hydrosol will raise blood pressure significantly more than the essential oil; the lower the dose, the stronger the effect. This is the most distinct contraindication for any hydrosol."
Storage:
When not in use, store in a cool dark place. A refrigerator is great!
