Damaged / Incorrect Goods
If you receive an order, where in fact the bottle has leaked, been broken, was not the correct product, or otherwise unuseable, please contact us immediately (via email or phone). In circumstances like this, we will correct the mistake as soon as possible to your satisfaction.
If for any reason you have ordered a product, and it was not what you had expected, or you just didn't need it after all, we will be glad to accept this item back and issue you a store credit less a 25% restocking and handling fee. Please contact us via email or phone for a return authorization number. We can only accept unopened products, no longer than 10 days past the purchase date. Please note in order to return the unopened product and recieve store credit you must have an RMA number. Please note if you you choose to return a product by refusing to acquire an RMA number from Stillpoint Aromatics, you will be issued a store credit less a 50% restocking fee.
Please note: If you choose to "refuse a package" "RTS" or return to sender that you have ordered it will sit in a USPS facility for an unknown amount of time. Whether you have opened it or not, it is unusable and unresellable. Therefore, if you choose to return a product in this manner by refusing to acquire an RMA number from Stillpoint Aromatics, you will be issued a store credit less a 50% restocking fee.
Cancelling Recent Orders
Our process from receiving your order to time of shippment is usually less than 24 hours. If you made a mistake in your order, call us as soon as you notice, so we can correct your order before shipping.

We offer a 20-day money back guarantee on defective items in their original packaging. Returns must be received by Stillpoint Aromatics Inc. within 20 days of the original order to qualify for this guarantee. (This does not apply to essential oils or any custom blends) Please contact us via email or phone for a return authorization number. Please note in order to return the unopened product you must have an RMA number.
